We want you to come away with a well-built, beautiful home that you’ll love for years to come. To make that happen, we’re committed to walking through every step of the home building process alongside you.
Our homes can be found in Montebella, Seven Bridges, Silverbrooke, Stonegate, The Palisades, and Thousand Oaks, but we would love to build on your lot in the Northland too.

INITIAL PLANNING MEETING
An initial meeting will be conducted to discuss desirable floor plan and building site. All Jay Jackson Builders floor plans can be customized to meet your families living requirements. You may also bring in your own floor plan or we can sit down with the architect to create your dream home. This meeting will also provide you with a detailed explanation of the building process.

PLANNING MEETING #2
Once a floor plan and location have been confirmed, a meeting will be scheduled to determine the amenities and finishes to be included in your new home. This step will provide a sales price to move forward with the preparing of a contract.

DESIGNERS & SUPPLIERS
At the next stage you will begin making selections with our designer and suppliers. We will guide you through this process and provide you with all necessary phone numbers and information.

ON SITE MEETINGS
On site meetings will take place with our Project Manager and the subcontractors providing plumbing, electrical, trim, painting, and others as needed.

FINAL WALKTHROUGHS
As closing approaches a walk-through will take place with our Project Manager. During this meeting you will be familiarized with the components of your new home and receive information on the Builder Warranty. A Homeowner Reference Guide along with helpful numbers will also be provided at this time.
